1. Foreword
   In accordance with the law 13, Legislative Degree n. 196/2003 - "Italian personal data protection code" (hereinafter referred to as "Code"), Mattia Vicari, in quality of person in charge of the treatment, is bound to inform you about the use of your personal data.
2. Source of the personal data
   The gathering of your personal data is done by storing the data supplied by you in the following cases:
   
   • at the moment of the filling of the request module in the section "Submit a claim" (before the 1st October 2021)
   • sending an e-mail to info@3dcrypter.it (after the 1st October 2021).
   In absence of them the services are not guarantee.
   
   From 1st October 2021 the request module has been removed. To send a claim please send an e-mail to info@3dcrypter.it.
3. Purposes of the treatment
   Your personal data is dealt for the following purpose:
   
   • contact you by e-mail, after a bug report, in order to gather more details about the bug.
4. Methods fo Processing
   In conjunction with purpose over described, the data treatment is done manually, with help of electronic instrument and online with reasons strictly correlated to the purpose over highlighted and, anyway, in the way to garantee the security and the privacy of the data.
   There isn't a clear subscribing mechanism. The only confidential data that you can supply is the email address. The request of removal of the personal data gathered shall be done only by sending written comunication to the following email address:webmaster@3dcrypter.it. Please, use the same address subjected to removal. At the remove act, the personal data will be removed.
   In order to protect your personal data, the e-mail received at info@3dcrypter.it and webmaster@3dcrypter.it will be kept only for 1 year. When this term has expired, the data will be removed anyway.
5. Categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know
   Your personal data could be acquainted with only by the administrator of 3DCrypter (Mattia Vicari).
6. Rights of the data subject
   The Code confers to data subject the possibility to exercise specific rights, as explained in the law 7 of the "Code" that below is reported:
   • Any data subject has the right to request the official proof to confirm the existence or not of personal data relating him/her, even if not registered yet, and communicate such data in a intelligible form.
   • Any data subject shall have the right to be informed:
     • of the source of the personal data;
     • of the purposes and methods of processing;
     • of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
     • of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated in accordance with the law 5, comma 2;
     • of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
   • Any data subject shall have the right to obtain:
     • updating, rectification or, where interest therein, integration of the data;
     • erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
     • certification to the effect that the operations mentioned have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
   • A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
     • on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
     • to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
7. Data controller and Designated Representative
   The data controller of which the present disclosure is Mattia Vicari.
   The Designated Representative is Mattia Vicari.
   The author MatVic is an alias of Mattia Vicari.

   This web site DOESN'T USE cookies. From 1st October 2021 every script that write cookie has been removed. Also the cookie banner has been removed from the website.
