Foreword: with the name App, application or software I mean 3DC OBJViewer.
This policy may change due to the implementation of new features for the application. If you don't agree with this policy, you shall uninstall the application from your devices.

What it is: the 3DC OBJViewer App is a viewer of 3D objects, also called 3D models.
The application allow to view the 3D models in the Wavfront format (file with .OBJ extension).
Usually the .OBJ file is collected with a materials file with extension .MTL. This file contains the description of the materials and the references to the texture files.
The application doesn't allow to modify the 3D object.

The objects library: the 3D models, before to be shown in the window, they are saved in a library. That library is a simple folder created locally on the device, positioned under the main folder of the application.
In this library folder, they will be copied the files of the 3D object that the user has loaded by the application.
The original files are kept unchanged.
when the user remove a model from the library, they will be removed only and uniquely the copies of the file of that model (in the library folder).
IMPORTANT: 3DC OBJViewer will never transfer the model loaded by the application in other location if not in the (local) library folder.

Information about the model: the App can give you some based information about the 3D object loaded in the scene. This data is: the number of vertices of the mesh, the number of faces, the number of materials, the number of objects of which the model is composed, the components of the material color and the textures.
This information could be different than the one extracted from other 3D objects viewer.
The data could be wrong. There is no garantee that it is correct.

Advertisement: the application is downloadable for free and it contains advertisement.
This banners are managed by Microsoft through the Microsoft Advertising library.

Use: during the use of the App, I reserve one's right to gather some data about your device. This data is gathered in anonimus form and it includes the Operative System, the number of sessions, the Country where you are, the version of the application and the signals of crash. This information is important for monitor and improve the application behavior and quickly act in order to resolve possible bugs.

Backup: the creation of backup copy of your 3D models loaded in the 3DC OBJViewer library is charged to the user.

Security: the 3D models loaded in the library of the application are not broadcasted in any manner.

Responsibility: I am responsible neither of any damage to people or things due to the use of the application nor of any loss of files.
